Just out of curiosity I went over to the abc site and took a look at the boards over there. Ashley's cousin is on them as well as some big P gansta cha cha lovers. The debate is hot and heavy that this is fixed. It's worth a look see if you are interested.

I don't see Boston Rob being interested unless there was the possibility of some HUGE cash at the end of the series but.... I would LOVE to see him do this as well. Would make for some very good tv!

Patrick Swayze - it would be fun to see if he has more than Dirty Dancing in him!

Oo! In the same dancing train of thought... what about John Travolta?

Patrick was on last year (not as a contestant). He helped a contestant learn to do a lift. He's still got it...nobody puts baby in a corner!

You are right. He is a highly trained dancer in MANY different types of dance. Ballet, ballroom, dirty, you name it, he can dance it.

On the subject of voting - why don't shows like this and American Idol have people vote on the contestant they think SHOULD leave that week? Wouldn't that cut down on the number of people getting votes "just because they have a fan club" or the "vote for the worst" movement? Heck, take a hint from Survivor, they don't vote for the people they WANT to stay on the island... well, at least until the final vote

That could work just the opposite way. People would purposly vote for the good people to help their "loser" team.

I could be reaching here but do you think the judges purposely gave P such low scores so that no matter how much of a fan club he does have it wouldn't be enough to save him?
Fan scoring should be done away with and just let the judges decide who wins. Giselle is working hard and has to work harder because she doesn't have the following. Doesn't seem fair that someone who busts their butt to learn a dance and do it very well could loose out to someone who doesn't work as hard, doesn't dance as well but has a larger fan base.

I thought Drew, Lisa and Stacy did great last night. And although I have never been a fan of George Hamilton, he does come across as kind of charming in this show. You can't NOT like him.

I thought P stood around and shuffled while Ashly danced around him. He is clearly not in the same league as the others, and needs to go. He may have put in a little more effort last night, but it is still not enough.

If any of you get the chance to see Strictly Come Dancing -the British original of this show then PLEASE watch it - it is fantastic .They did a christmas special and brought over Rachel Hunter and Leander Holyfield the boxer to compete and as much as I love you guys and your country our guys knocked spots off them .
