Dancing With the Stars - Spring 2017

Simone with Sasha and Brittany
Bonner with Sharna and Britt
Normani with Val and Alan
David with Lindsey and Haley
Rashad with Emma and Witney



My issue with Val is this and it applies to Maks, both come off as they should be handed things and pitch fits when they don't. A prime example was a few seasons ago when everything was up in the air. His attitude rubs me the wrong way and I know some like him but I just don't. To me it's coming off obvious they want him to win this season and I don't like that. It's like the season with Ginger.

Ruh-Roh....Whitney doesn't usually yield good scores with trio and REALLY doesn't with partner swap dances. However, Rashad is so good and Emma's killing it so far..they will probs be awesome.

I think David's trio song could be awesome for him...fingers crossed

I think he'll be fine. He's been doing pretty well and he seems to have a good backing too. He was pretty good at Jive in the dance-off. Argentine tango in the trio is an advantage as well because the technique is much more loose than other dances.

I'm a little concerned for David Ross getting both Waltz and then Paso in the trio. It might be a rough week for him.

Let's hope so. I think it was 1-2 weeks ago when he was starting to complain about being sore. I can't imagine what it would be like for him now. I really like seeing someone like him on the show - he's the "everyman."

Any word on the songs they're getting yet? I think that would provide better insight.

I always wondered why DWTS is fighting so hard to modernize Paso. Some of the traditional ones on the show have been incredible, yet they rarely do them.

They upload them on youtube pretty quickly after the show. Usually I'm at the studio practicing through the show, but tonight is my exception.

He'll survive.

I'm guessing it will be after the Paso's. I know he's a traditionalist and he probably won't like them at all. The next person may take the brunt of it.
