Sorry. I think Len agrees with us because when asked who should be going home (referring to Jennie Garth & Helio), he said if the best dancer is staying then neither of these two should be going home.

Ooooh. I missed that zing. Len will tell it like it is without meaning too mean. I did catch when Tom said that the last two on the stage were not necessarily the two lowest scorers. I thought it was interesting that they possibly got Marie out of the way early.

BTW, I was not all that impressed by Sabrina and Mark's dance. You could really tell that she had not been dancing every day for the last few weeks. It looked good, but it made me sad for what it might have been next week in the finals.

OMG, I have started watching The Results more than Biggest Loser in hopes of seeing this guy. He kills me. Two weeks ago when he called Carrie Anne "the hater" I about died laughing.

There are far too many Marie fans (and family, lol)

I really hope Maria doesn't win. I thought her dance on Monday was horrible, it just looked so sloppy.

Count me as another person who can't believe that Marie is there for another week. She has been for weeks one of the worse dancers. Plus I am sick of seeing her and Donnie all over the TV on different shows. Enough already, Donnie predication on ET was that Mel will be eliminated next. Oh please, if Marie is in the final 2 and wins I will not watch this show again.

There's no way Marie is the best dancer, just the most popular. I think that Mel should win this thing if people vote on talent, not popularity.
And I was highly unimpressed with Sabrina's "dance". Her partner picked her up and twirled her around a LOT. Not my idea of ballroom dancing, but that's just my opinion!
Still think that Helio's adorable, though!

If Helio and Julianne do something amazing this week, then they will win. I wouldn't be surprised to see Mel eliminated before Marie, I think their votes are pretty close. Please don't let Marie win the whole thing, that would be ridiculous. That Mambo of hers was a mess.

I totally agree. It sounds like the judges agreed to by Bruno's comment about Jennie and Helio both deserving to be in the finals. I took it to mean they did, Marie didn't.

I can believe if the judges are all frustrated with Americans and how the eliminations happen. They all know that they best dancer was already eliminated and they also know that with the voters, anything is possible.

Unfortunately I think you are right about Marie. I really wanted to see Jennie in the finals - I think she worked hard and deserved it - she came a long way since the beginning of the season.

I'm just glad that Helio and Julianne made it - I was worried there for a minute.

You know, Marie grew up as this little "America's Sweetheart" - and I know she has a HUGE fan base - but she is NOT the best dancer. You can tell that Jonathon choreographs the dance to her talent level. There is NO WAY that Marie could dance the dances that Mel and Helio are doing because the choreography is much more intense.

My husband (who seldom watches) just happened to sit with me on Monday and watch some of the show and when Mel/Max and Helio/Juliane were dancing, his comment was "it's hard to tell who's the professional".

As much as I want to see Mel and Helio in the finals, I wouldn't be surprised to see Marie make it. Even though I was not a big fan of Sabrina's - I have to look at her and Marie and say "COME ON!!!!"

If it does come down to Mel and Helio - then I really don't care because I LOVE them both!!!!

You know, I kind of feel that way too - but then I look at the little dancer that won it twice - teamed up this year with Wayne Newton. (Sorry, can't think of her name). Anyway, I used to think that she just awesome and could make anyone look good - but it sure didn't work with Wayne.

Juliane is an awesome dancer and she's beautiful and her choreography is second to none - but I don't think she could have made Wayne look good. I personally think that Helio has done a wonderful job and from their comments, the judges would appear to agree.

If so, the better dancer in the final will win .... hopefully .....

The thing I like about Helio is that he always seems to be having such a fun time when he dances.

My 15 year old daughter loved Sabrina, but since she's been gone, she's turned all of her support to Helio. She says she loves his infectious smile and he always seems so happy.

As for me, Helio's not as "HOT" as Max - but I enjoy watching both of them!!

I think this post illustrates precisely why this show is more than about just dancing. It's called Dancing with the STARS. People are voting & choosing favorites for other things than just dancing.

I read that this time the 3rd place contestant will be announced at the start of Tuesday's show and that the remaining pairs will perform 2 last dances, which will help determine the winner.

DialIdol showed Helio waaaay ahead of Mel and then Marie last week, so I hope Marie continues to be in the bottom for the finals. I for one am planning on voting for the first time this season just to vote for any one but Marie. She is so clearly out of her league.
