I've been watching, but like always I make it to this thread a few weeks in. I think this is a really good bunch this year! I'm glad to see Wayne go for two reasons. (1) He was totally out of his element and (2) We don't have to watch Cheryl despise he partner through gritted teeth like last season.

Anyway ... my 8-year old DD's favorite is the Cheetah Girl Sabrina and she's mine too! What a hot, curvy little firecracker that girl is! Wow!

lol well, the Paso is actually much better on So You Think You Can Dance, but i'll settle for it on DWTS! although, nothing will compare to Drew and Cheryl's and Apolo and Juliane's!

i don't really have a favorite this year. none of them really strike me as "OMG BEST DANCER EVER" however i have to admit, i think it'll be a woman this year. the men just aren't that good.

Yeah. I thought he sounded like crap too.

ugh....does this show HAVE to be an hour long?? can't they just cut out all of the singers(honestly! this is what they have American Idol for! and they do this on So You Think You Can Dance too....and i don't understand it!) and just get on with who's leaving!?

The network couldn't come up with a good half hour show.

I think the next couple of weeks will be the men going home, unlike last year when the women got eliminated early. I just hope Helio and Cameron stick around, get rid of Mark and the boxer.

I come here to find out who's been eliminated... the results show is too drawn out and BOOOOOOORING... I tuned in for a minute and caught SEAL... ... who sounded like one last night!!! How could he RUIN my song???? I agree, he sounded ILL.

i really could care less if "a woman hasn't won so it MUST be their year!" because they did that also on SYTYCD(and honestly, the best winner did NOT win...but i digress....) i just go with who's more talented, and this year it's definatly the women. it's strange tho, because for the last few seasons you kind of KNEW who was going to make it to the finals, and this year it's REALLY tough(i KNEW from the beginning, before i even saw an episode last year, that Apolo would win).

Seal needs to stop making babies and get back into the studio! He really sounded BAD! Robin, Cameron can stay, he is good eye candy, but the REST can go! I am rooting for Jane, I have LOVED her for Years!

I just caught a minute of ET tonight and tomorrow they will be interviewing Juliann and her brother....her brother scoops that "..she's dating Apolo" Oh, how i hope that is true! I think they made SUCH a cute couple and she definitely seems like someone who could deal with Apolo's fame and competitiveness and have a normal relationship with someone who is world famous. I'm going to tune in tomorrow to see if that's "real or rumor"

I KNOW!! I was trying to remember when that song even came out!

Next week's TV GUIDE has DWTS on the cover and a big story on the show.

Was anyone else weirded out by that duet? I know the words could either be two lovers leaving or a child leaving home, but the dancers made it clear it was lovers. Yuck, yuck, yuck.

I was surprised that was the song they chose to sing since it isn't a duet. Billy Ray sings it - alone. I guess they added Miley since they knew she would be a much bigger draw than her dad. I thought the song was just awkward - mainly because it isn't typically a duet.

My DD8 (who loves Miley) watched it and said, "Hey, she doesn't sing in that song... that's just weird." I also thought the whole lover dance was odd for a song about a father/daughter. Though I do always like watching Maks dance. Preferably without a big baggy shirt.
