Wow no double elimination. I whoohooood so loudly when Andy was safe!
I did. He doesn’t have the voting powers behind him that the others do. I thought it would be a double elimination with him and Elaine. I think she will be next.Wow. Didn't see that one coming.

I thought Scott was going to be going home last week. I didn't have a problem with his dedication or talking about his marriage and them announcing they are having a baby, and that he wrote a song for his husband. But, unfortunately, there is about half the country who have a problem with all that and would want him gone from the show, so they wouldn't have to watch all that. This week's votes combined with last week may be what gave him the boot.
From Whitney’s reaction when they were declared safe I think she knows a lot of people are annoyed by her.
But aren’t those the ones boycotting Disney for being “too woke”?
Mark only comes back to dance if they guarantee him a win. I’d be shocked if he didn’t.But, the show is pushing for her to win.
I forgot about the tally formulas back then. The then host, Tom Bergeron had a chartto show us the math (that never made sense to me,)
The producers had to change voting for the Finals, giving the 3 judges an extra vote. The then host, Tom Bergeron had a chartto show us the math (that never made sense to me,) as to why the JUDGES will actually pick the winner and keep this a dancing show and not a political one.
Apparently Brandon, Britt and Jenna are mad about the partners they were given and threatening to leave.
I could see Jenna being angry, since Corey was such a dud and didn’t even attend practice at the beginning but the the other two had solid partners.

Agreed.Yeah, I only see Jenna having a legitimate complaint.
So, so true.Maybe, all three of them should have a Zoom session with Tony Dovolani, who, back in the day was told by the producers some stars are contenders, while others are only contestants. And some pros, (Derek & Mark,) get the contenders, while the others get contestants. And Tony was told he gets the contestants.
That is, until they had the All-Stars competition season, with all former winners of DWTS as contestants, and everyone had a contender. And then Tony WON the All-Stars![]()

and proved he should have been given a contender all along.
When Kirstie died the first person I thought of was Maks. They had such a cool partnership. He respected her so much which doesn’t happen often with Maks.Same for Maks. He never got a contender for YEARS. Then he was partnered with Kirstie Alley - A-Lister Kirstie Alley, who wasn't expected to be a contender. Yet, who proved, even as a "fat girl," as she called herself, she could dance, or she'd die trying. She loved having Maks as her trainer. And they almost won. Then finally, he was given Olympic ice dancer, Meryl Davis and he finally won. He cried when he won.He always knew he could win if he had a chance to work with a contender.
Yep.Both Maks and Tony showed how just UNFAIR the casting/partnering for the show, behind the scenes, really is.
I feel for her. She lost her gig on DWTS and broke up with her husband around the same time.I think Cheryl Burke went through the same thing. She even won a couple times. Even though her choreography is equivalent to Derek's, she ended up being put on the back burner and no longer given any contenders. It was why she left, came back for a little bit, and left again. It will be good to see her next week.
