Well, I had a dinner tonight and missed the show. Just caught up on all your comments. Haven’t watched all the dances yet, but totally good with who went home.

I wonder if Andy will be next?

My daughter’s been watching this season as a first timer and didn’t know it’s basically a popularity contest. Haha

My favorite of the night was Whitney. Mark’s choreo was awesome and I love Hamilton.

I was confused by that also. It feels like Whitney’s choreography has been really off this season.

I watched a bit of their reality show and is definitely harsh. She treats him badly in front of the cameras, belittling kind of treatment, as does the oldest daughter. It’s very weird.

I thought Robert was Meh. He kept stopping a lot. Step, step, pose/make a face, step, step, pose/make a face. . .

If he can stop and pose, then the choreography lacked content.

Whitney’s choreography has been seriously lacking this season. She needs to figure it out because if it comes down to her choreo vs. Mark’s in the end, then there is no contest.

I didn’t really like Scott’s dance that much. It was a little ho-hum for me. I’m not sure why. Agree with the score.

I don’t really care for him in general one way or the other.

Still haven’t made it through all the dances. Disney night feels a bit lackluster this season and it’s usually my one of my fave nights.

Interesting they let Sasha come out to play in the opening number. He always seems to be waiting in the wings to be put in.

Who the heck says, “Disneyland Resort”?

Pretty much everyone. The name changed in 2001 when DCA opened. Disneyland refers to the original theme park and Disneyland Resort refers to the two parks, DTD, and three hotels. The website, tickets, merchandise, everything says Disneyland Resort on it. Note, in California, we call refer to the hotels as a "hotel" not a resort. In Florida, the hotels are called resorts.

Keeping this DWTS related. They picked some of the busiest days to film at the resort last week. Regardless, the cast and crew were beyond gracious, interacted with guests while filming and posed for pictures with guests after filming.

Really? Everyone? Do people really say “I’m going to the Disneyland Resort!” I know it’s officially named “Disneyland Resort” but I just say “Disneyland” and “DCA”. Same as I say “Disney World” and not “Walt Disney World Resort” which is the official name.

My point is that they all sounded clunky saying the long official version of the name.

He may be broken after the shooting death. There may be a part of him that feels he deserves all the belittling.

Whitney’s choreography has been seriously lacking this season. She needs to figure it out because if it comes down to her choreo vs. Mark’s in the end, then there is no contest.

Witney probably needs to get off social media. It may be affecting her too much and she was feeling the pressure that they were a favorite going into this competition, which is making her kind of paralyzed with her choreography.

I didn't even know they were doing a cha-cha, they were going so slowly. I recognized the individual steps but they looked weird with all the stops and starts.

I don't think her killer instinct is there this season. I agree with Mandy, Britt would have been an excellent match for Robert.

BTW: Maks agreed with me, Mark & Whitney did NOT do a foxtrot. Fantastic performance, but they did not do foxtrot.
