I haven't seen it either, it hasn't interested me. I have heard a couple song clips and they didn't move me like most Musicals do.

I haven't seen it either due to the rap songs, even though it is a great musical and teaches people, especially students a lot about the history of our country. I heard one really has to pay attention to hear all the lyrics as they go by quickly. I'm not interested in rap, and even more not interested in having to "work" to listen to a musical.

It's not all rap. There are actual singing songs as well.

How much actual singing? Like five songs out of the 47 songs? I'm not interested in sitting through 87% of what IS essentially a rap musical for 5 songs. It's just not my style of music.
