Dancing With the Stars - Fall 2021

That's not a very good rumba song. They were kind of rumba-ing in spite of that song.

The judges are really rushing through the show this week. It's kind of frantic tonight.

Suni is sweet and a solid dancer but I'm just never bowled over by her performances.

JoJo & Jenna got a real Argentine tango song. :rolleyes1

I never understood, does JoJo lead every week? Since she considers herself to be pansexual, shouldn't she lead some weeks and Jenna lead some weeks?

If Jenna let her lead each week, it was actually lazy on her part. as she never changed from teaching JoJo to do the lead part, and she is always the in the (female) role that gets led around (as she normally is.)

I just checked, Iman's wife is barely an inch taller than Daniella. Although, it could be the heels she wears. But, he can now teach his wife to ballroom dance, and the height disparity will be the same.

I've only been to two Broadway shows in my life and one of them was Bullets over Broadway with Amanda and her husband Nick who passed away. I wish I could remember her performance from the show. I definitely remember him, though. He was the best part of the whole thing.

She's a singer/dancer, correct?

I have been watching all season, but obviously not posting.

I have really enjoyed watching two women dance. And have thought both Jenna and Jojo have been a joy to take in. Obviously I am in the minority, laughing.

I really loved watching Jimmie and was sad to see him go. (Why new artist award? Confused. I saw him the first time on the Today show years ago. And it is how I found out about Tim Tracker, as Jimmie talked about how obsessed he was with him and WDW. That had to be almost three years ago, so new artist?)

Daniella is a great teacher and choreographer. What a dream to dance just one minute like that woman. Iman has improved so much.

Suni is frustrating for me as I feel there is just something held back every time. I suspect because there is such an intense need for perfection in her sport that it is extra hard to partake in something, in competition, that you are not a pro at - in the moment.

Thank God he got to do something really incredible in the time he had. Although some people who die rather young seem to burn a bit brighter while they are here.
