Loved Laurie and James. I thought Calvin was underscored. His dance was great. I hope Maureen and Amber go home tonight.

I would have thought Amber was going tonight, but after her pout fest they will keep her so it doesn't look like they cut her right after she called out Julianna. That's my guess anyway. I think it would be a good time to do it as a double elim may be better timing. Either way I think Maureen is going, it is usually AFTER high scores are given so judges are off the hook lol. It may be BabyFace who goes along with Maureen

Wow Calvin is improving FAST! That was an excellent dance. I love the way Lindsey has learned to really focus on her partners, she's quickly becoming one of my favorite Pros.

Terra is also surprising the heck out of me. She's got a lot of natural dance talent. So does James.

On the flip side, enjoying Ryan's enjoyment of the "process" but boy he can't dance a lick. This ballroom dance looked better on him, but he will be back to Latin soon.

Babyface got Allison'd. I think he will be gone.

I voted for Marilu. I'd like to see her bust out of her head and I want Derek to stick around. Still think he needs to work differently with her. Like completely setting his choreography before teaching it to her, so she doesn't have 10 different versions in her head on performance night.

In other news, Laurie is still the cutest thing ever.

I missed last night's episode so I went online to see the dances. I only saw the clips of the dance itself so I didn't see any of the behind the scenes stuff.

Poor Babyface, he just couldn't remember the steps and the lighting issues didn't help any.

I did not like Marilu's dance. Derrick is better than that.

Amber was in her element with this dance. What was said that she was apologizing for?

I enjoyed watching Vanilla Ice.

But Calvin was a joy to watch!

Jana, I like her and I like her pro. I think he does a good job with Jana and the choreography.

Laurie, I expected no less. I agree with Bruno when he said she looked like Paula Abdul, Janet Jackson and Debbie Allen all combined in one.

James, Terra, Ryan and Maureen were so so for me.

Didn't get to see the whole show as I always fall asleep. However, I did see some and was really disappointed in Marilu/Derek dance. Derek has always been so great at choreographing to his partners strength but I just didn't see it this time. Seems like they don't get along at all. I also agree that they will keep Amber one more week so no one can say she was eliminated because of the drama with her and Julianna. Calvin was so good and got such crappy scores. I'll catch up on the ones I didn't see tonight with less commercials.

When Tom told Sasha he was giving him a chance to host the show, I thought Sasha was just going to read off the teleprompter to announce the next couple. How sweet that he had a chance to propose that way.

Thank goodness she said yes. I was recently at the Star Trek 50th Anniversary Convention and a guy, when he got up to the mic to ask the cast a question, he proposed to his GF. We all thought it was really cute and sweet. But then she told him, "Sorry, I just can't accept."

OMG! Sasha just proposed to Emma after they finished their dance together.

OMG this is so overdue! They were living together for years, split up for a while, then got back together last year. He finally put a ring on it. Can't wait to see this.

That is so unfair to Babyface. They gave him TECHNICAL problems that there was not way to get right in only 1 technical rehearsal. PLUS, they should have put the lights where they danced, instead of making them move to where the lights were randomly set up, according to the lighting designers whims.

Kirby, during the beginning of the rehearsal clips, they had shown a clip where, when Amber was dancing last week, that Julianne said to Bruno that she was feeling really uncomfortable watching Amber shaking her booty and being very sexy during her salsa. It could have been because of Amber's sexual ambiguity or that she's just got a big booty to shake.

Amber naturally was upset about that and said something to Maks, backstage, which of course, they had to show that clip too. A reminder to always watch what one says over an open mic.

After Amber finished her dance, SHE apologized to Julianne.

I didn't think that was correct. Julianne was the snide one about Amber. And the SHOW owed BOTH of them an apology for airing private conversations.

But, Amber is the one getting scores, so she had to be the one doing the apologizing.

I think Amber maybe apologized more for going directly to social media with her complaint, instead of taking it up with Julianne. But isn't that the way conflict is handled these days?
