That's too bad. He was such a sweetie on the show. I would think that pros who are dancing & teaching their hearts out, would have a hard time with some of the reality TV show stuff.

Sept 7th is probably when we will get pro announcement, Gleb mentioned a GMA thing on that day in a facebook chat i believe

The last 2 seasons, the pros were named at that e same time as the stars as there had been so many leaks online. It's easy to see which pros walk into the rehearsal building to rehearse, even if we don't know which star they are paired with. I remember as I got up at 8am for the GMA announcement and had to try to legibly type out everyone's name.

I vaguely remember that Jaclyn Smith used to be a ballet dancer, before an injury sidelined her and she went into modeling and then acting instead. She would probably do as well as when Jane Seymour was on, and be just as graceful & elegant.

Oh! I just thought of one. I'd love to see Tina Turner on. She'd fill out the singer & elder person category and still look hot with her great legs.

I'd like to see another 80's actor like the season with Ralph Macchio. I'm watching Karate Kid right now, lol. Anyway, how about another 80's teen star like Molly Ringwald or Judd Nelson? That would be a crack up!

Karina is possibly out this season as pro. It looks also like Derek isn't returning as a pro ever. Hairspray is advertising him as former dancing pro

I wonder why they aren't using Emma anymore? She's still young and gorgeous, and has the sweetest personality. I prefer her to Allison by a large margin.

The last couple of seasons we started the thread a couple weeks before the announcement as there was so much stuff to talk about. The stars, themselves, were tweeting leaks.
