Hi guys. Hope you have been feeling better than me. Came down with a miserable cold Sunday. Had such a dizzy headache, that when I turned my head, I fell going down the cellar stairs. Luckily I only fell on my butt and not down the stairs. The pounding in my head/nose/top teeth and roof of my mouth is pretty bad. I took 3 advil and decongestants so hopefully those will take the edge off soon. Actually I think it's a little better today. NEED. MORE. COFFEE.

Thanks guys. I'm feeling a bit better so as long as I don't get a sinus infection, I will continue to improve. I'm pretty lifeless and move slowly to avoid getting too dizzy. Lovely way to spend your b-day.
