How much snow do you have up there? Ours is starting to melt but seems like it'll take until June to finish! Blah. Although, every time I'm out and complaining about that, I think that it's only a matter of time before I'm battling either Black flies or Deer flies....

The snow is going fast. Maybe 8 inches in some places around my house, but also some thin spots......and some ground!

Also, someone on TP said they watched at least 20 pool chairs fly into the pool during the storms. No pictures though.

I guess MK is nuts today (phase 3 closure announced about 45 minutes ago). Partly because of the start of Easter week, the other part has to be residual from the weather yesterday.

I haven't seen any of the crazy weather. It has been cold and windy and most definitely PACKED! We have just been hanging around the resort the past few days. We bowled at Splitsville (very cool) and had dinner at Kona Cafe and Whispering Canyon. Tonight we may brave MK since it's open until 1 am. Tomorrow is Epcot day, we have lunch at Le Cellier. Friday we may do DHS or AK. We won't do Spring Break again, especially with it falling right before Easter. Too packed.

We will have that soon enough. I'll just be happy when we get back in to our standard 70's/80's for this time of year rather than chilly 50's/60's.

Mornin', nanners!

Last night, I went shopping with one of my girlfriends and got NEW CLOTHES.

I can't begin to convey how exciting that is. Although I'm not a shabby dresser, let's just say that getting new clothes for myself hasn't been a priority for a while. (I've been rewearing the same two pairs of jeans for years.)

We hit the Kohl's clearance racks and I had one of the elusive 30% off coupons. 2 new pairs of jeans, a sweater, 2 long sleeve tees, a work out shirt, and three camis for around $40 after a merchandise credit and my discount.

I was ever so proud. So then I came home last night and ordered more online. I LOVE LOVE LOVE shopping end of season.

I don't mind shopping every now and then. Fit is hard for me too. Trying stuff on in the same dressing room as my girlfriend who's a size six? Hard on the ego, hard on the ego.

I don't even wear jeans. H-A-T-E them. I need fabric that gives as I move (and don't even mention stretch jeans.... ). Mostly what I wear (cold weather) are pants that aren't quite leggings, but are fairly fitted.

Oh, and they're all black.

So I worked a whopping two days this week. I did get paid for three, though - not working tomorrow but she paid me anyway (she is good like that). Now I can get my shopping done early before the Easter crowds descend later in the day. Scary.....

I'm cat-siting this week; today was the 3rd day and kitty has finally decided I'm "ok" and was all love and snuggles today! I am also now covered in white hairs.... Small price to pay. I love kittehs.

Do people have plans for the weekend? We're going to the IL's on Sunday. I'm doing the main dish; making pork tenderloin and ham.
