Last July, Disney required masks even outdoors in 90+ degree heat. I was there and remember what that was like, and I saw them enforce it, too, even with small children whose noses were sticking out. Dancing in an air conditioned cruise ship is a piece of cake in comparison. Yes, they'll enforce the mask rule there.
