Dance teacher thank you

I really hope someone can help me out with this. My DD's dance class ends this week with the last class tonight, and the recital on Friday. I was thinking of making up a piece of paper for the girls to sign for her with some sort of pic/clip art in the middle as a thank to the teacher. She has taught the class of 4 & 5 year olds Tap Jazz/Ballet since Sept and has been great!! Her name is Linda...anything you guys can offer would be greatly appreciated!!
