Kelsea's been talking about this lately. I've seen some threads about it and want an update.

I would need one for a PS2. Is it hard to find, about how much do they cost?
Is there any to avoid?

We had one a few years ago and LOVED it. We had so much fun. THere was a some point a DDR with all Disney songs. Here's some info on Disney DDR

My only recommendation is to be sure to get a good set of Dance Pads. Ours were cheapie plastic and did not last very long, about 6 months.

We keep saying we want it again, but haven't invested in the better pads.

Good Luck!

My DD6 is getting this for Christmas this year. I bought the DDR Extreme for the PS2 at Toys R Us for around $35, I think. they were having a sale on the DDR wireless mats, if you bought the game also...so I think I spent around $35 for the wireless mat also.

I had no idea that they had one with all Disney songs....like the above poster mentioned. does anyone know if they still sell them anywhere????

Holy Moley!!! I think I might have to Ebay mine!!!!!!!!!!

I was looking for info for you and it came up on Amazon for $104 I thought that cannot be right and so I went to ebay...same kind of sales!!!!!!!!!!!

Probably not worth it in my opinion!!!!!!!!

8 DD wants DDR Mario Mix for Xmas. Luckily we found it last night at Walmart. They were out, but received another shipment. Online I found private sellers through amazon selling it for 3x the retail price.

Was that just for the PS2 game....or did that include other things like the wirelss mat, and the I-sight (or something that the salespeople at Toys R Us were talking about...but I didn't buy that....)

They were probably talking about the eye toy..which is a cam that you can use in conjuction with the dance pad.

We have DDR Mario Mix and it is a lot of fun! They're sold out most places, though, because Nintendo either has a delay in shipment, or they have stopped production. (Neither have been confirmed)

OK...break it down for me! ;)

I don't have PS2 or Xbox...honestly, I've been wanting to buy DDR for a long time. Which system is better: PS2 or Xbox?

As for the Disney games, I remember checking quite a while ago and the games were no longer being sold by the companies...only could be purchased via ebay, etc.

After I pick the system, which game should I start with?

I love playing DDR in the local arcade! It's so much fun I really want to have it at home! :)

Thanks for your help! :)
