Thanks - the Pinewood Derby went pretty good. The kids were surprisingly well behaved (and so were the parents, those of you who have kids in cub scouts know what I'm talking about).

The car Matt entered this year looked pretty cool, and a lot of the dads were thinking it was going to be a contender, but we tanked pretty bad. The look on Matt's face after the first race, I felt like I let him down. It was slow, and got a lot of third place runs. He did get one second place run which kept him from competing for the "safest car" award.

One of the families donated a 20-inch bicycle (brand new) for the raffle. Got lots of kids and parents buying tickets so that should have raised a decent amount of $.

Nancy and I each manned one of the tables; she got the bake sale and I got the raffle table.
