I also recommend Daily Grill and you can find them all over Southern CA/Los Angeles. There is one right across from the Burbank Airport in the new Marriott (former Hilton) Hotel.
They specialize in comfort foods and make a terrific chicken pot pie and salads. They have really good drinks, too. It's a very popular place for young entertainment industry employees....
