This question is kinda vauge BUT I need a few rough estimates.

We are staying off Disney Property (Time share) so we can't get any of the dinning passes (wish we could). How much would it cost to eat 3 meals for 7 days?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks !!

There is no way to answer that question without knowing whether or not you want to go to character meals, buffets, order off menu places, counter service, etc. Dessert? Appetizer? Drinks?

I really don't know what to expect, thats why I am asking for some insight.

Probably no character meals...we are not big drinkers.

I prefer sit down/buffet meals.

And of course the Waffle House for a couple breakfasts (there is non in Michigan)

Thanks again!

It's difficult to stay, since you are eating both on and off property. An example of a counter service meal - say at the American pavillion in Epcot - for two kids, chicken tender meal or hamburger meal - with drink each runs about ten bucks. You can pull up menus on allears.net to most Disney restaurants and see prices for table service meals - that will give you a good estimate of dinner expenses should you so ts meals.

Click on the dining link above for some help with menus/prices for table service restaurants.

I think most of the buffets are in the $25-$30 for adults. Expect to pay around $8-$10 for a counter service combo meal. Ice cream and bottled drinks sell at carts for about $2.50.

The regular dining plan costs $40/day for an adult. That is what Disney thinks most people will spend on a daily basis. Unless you are a HUGE eater, I think you would be fine to plan $40/day for one buffet, one counter service, and one snack.

Please note that you will most likely need reservations for the table service meals (known as ADRs) ... call 407-WDW-DINE. If you are staying off-site, I think you can make these reservations 90 days out.

Totally an estimate. If you are on a budget, there are certainly many, many techniques to slash the above costs.

Most character dining is buffet style. How many are in your family and what ages? Counter service dining will range from about $8-12 per person per meal. Kids meals are about $5-7. Buffets range from around $20-30 per person for adults. Table Service Dining is all over the board depending on what you order.

Not sure what you meant by "big drinkers".

Big and little drinkers can expect to pay $5.50 for a beer (draft Bud Lite) and $7-$12 for mixed and specialty drinks.

I am always a "little" drinker at WDW ... can't afford to be a "big" drinker.

I wondered that too.:lmao:

Character meals do not include alcohol, though dinner shows do.

We arn't drinkers, me at all, but we love our character meals!!!
