Daily checklist for parks?

In addition to the misc. stuff everyone has mentioned, I am planning to bring a small, flat photo album. I even found one with the Fab Five on it! I plan to put our daily itineraries in it. On each day, I list the parks hours, parade times, show times, FastPass rides, ADRs, things to try (Dole whip, talking water fountain, etc), and a list of kids' meals at the counter service places. Last time we ran into problems with our picky eaters. We ended up ordering way too many chicken nuggets! This time I will know what is available at each place so we can vary what the kids eat.

Last time I tried just bringing index cards and keeping them in my pocket. They fell apart by midday, so I'm hoping that keeping everything in the little photo album will keep it protected.

I'll start by saying I have two young boys. Here's my bag contents:

Wipes (regular and bathroom)
deodorant (works great for preventing chaffing)
Bandaids
Neosporin
money/license/credit card/room key
iPhone (with all itinerary and ADRs)
Small zip loc bag for iPhone on wet rides
Small toys and candy to occupy time and catch attention
Ponchos
change of clothes for boys packed in ziploc bags
extra zip loc bags - gallon size
snacks
Aleve
Sunglasses
chapstick
ear plugs
tissues
Light up bracelets & flashlights
Sunscreen
clean sock for boys incase their Keens or Crocs start to hurt

I also keep this list in a small pocket in my bag and check to make sure I have everything before I leave the room!

I do most of what has already been mentioned, but I am trying something new this time. I have a checklist with what belongs in the stroller & what goes in which pocket in the backpack (yes, I know, a little much ). This way, DH can help us get ready to move out each morning & I will still know where to find everything.

I am sure this has been asked before, but what is your daily checklist for the parks? Forgive me I am a newbie...but would love your input...putting together a packet with itinerary and checklists and wanted some advice...thank you!!

Be sure to include where your eating at what time and extra magic hours on your itinerary it's really helpful.

Yes...I meant what you bring in your backpack, fannie pack, etc....what you need to get thru the day! Thanks everyone!!

My dh and myself both wear fanny bags....
We divide the stuff up so neither one of us are packed full....We take the following items:
billfold/wallet
sunscreen (small tube)
hand sanitizer
chap stick/lipstick
bandaids
a little moleskin
tylenol/advil/any vitamens we may need
a small camping towel to use for me to sit on or dry off with after a ride
a neon colored 5X7 card with days itenery and ADR's on it
KTTK card
camara
sunglasses
a couple pieces of peppermint candy
an extra hair tie for me in case mine breaks
comb
this sounds like a lot but it really isn't. It all fits nicely with room left over.

Or the like. But a vacation with the smells that result from not taking them, or the like, is very un-romantic, no??

In her bag:

Cell phone
Wallet
KTTW cards
Little travel sized bottle of hand sanitizer
Aleve (I get serious heat headaches. Tylenol doesn't do it!)

My bag:

Cell Phone
Camera and extra batteries
Wallet
Pressed penny book + pennies and quarters
ADR list - Yes. It's weird for the teenager to carry this instead of the mom. I'm the planner in this family
