Why do I keep looking out the window at the spot where my daffodils will bloom when I KNOW it'll be at least a month before they'll even appear?
Come on, Spring!!!

Because hope SPRINGS eternal! :sunny:

We have been lucky and have had a very mild winter/early spring this year. I am enjoying the flowering trees that are bursting forth right now... particularly the ornamental cherry trees... so so pretty.

Your turn will come soon. :flower:

Funny, I've been doing the same thing. Snow is finally melting.

Looking for the miracle's of spring, slowly as the snow melts I can see little plant emerging from the ground.

Some of the snowdrops are blooming, comsidering they usually bloom in February, I guess spring will be a little late. But you never know, a warm day and the plants actually sprout 2-3 inches a day.

Happy Spring it's finally sprung in this area, and I can't wait until I'm on the outside looking in, instead of the reverse.

Hopefully they'll make an early appearance for you, bananiem! :) You'll have to let us know when you finally spot them!

Our snowdrops bloomed the other day, surrounded by thin layers of ice. Amazing, and such a positive sign! :)

Yesterday's weather was great, high 50's, with more to come. :sunny: The snow is rapidly disappearing!
