That's actually just a purebred dapple-colored dachshund if you search "dapple dachshund" on Google, that image comes up with a bunch of others. They're adorable!

My great-uncle had a long hair dapple doxie. What a cutie he was.

The dog you're showing is definitely not a doxie/Dalmatian mix. I mean, can you imagine the lengths the Dalmatian (2-2.5 feet tall) would have to go thru to breed with a doxie (maybe 8 inches tall)???

Like others have said that cutie is a dapple I would check a dachshund rescue or pet finder you may be surprised

Yea I guess its a chocolate dapple dachshund and I managed to find a few breeders. But I will check a few rescue homes nearby to see if they have any.
