D23 Fantasia Pin

So I get my Donald Duck in the mail today, nice pin, however, on the back it appears is a black lettered serial number which I have never noticed before?

That's apparently a new thing they are marking LE pins with.

A friend got me a park pin last month that has this number too, and this is what she told me when I asked. Looks like that may be a general new system then.

My D23 Fantasia Pin had the same type of numbers.
