Hey Chrysty,

I was also on the DLR backstage tour and we saw Fantasmic that night.

I will be at the Disneyland Resort from 9/07 - 09/12. I'll be attending the Haunted Mansion 40th event on the 9th (also my birthday that day ) and the D23 Expo on the 10th (maybe the 11th too). Sign me up for any meets. Would love to see everyone.

I am arriving on the 7th and flying back on the 13th on the red eye. It will be a very long day at work that day.

I finally booked a hotel. After doing waayy too much searching and reading of reviews, I found a good price on the Red Lion. We will see how that turns out.

So when do people want to meet? Wear Dis shirts to find each other or lime mickey heads??

On the D23 thread over at the Disneyland forum, they're organizing a meet for Thursday morning at the Expo before the Iger address.

I won't be able to make that meet.

Is there any interest in a meet later on in the weekend?? If so, where would you want to meet: at the Expo, in the Parks, in the Resort (DTD, DLH, etc)?

Check the busy Expo schedule and post your thoughts.

Hey Everyone! I'm so sorry for my lack of updates to this thread.

Unfortunately, I bit off more than I could chew by starting it. The week after the Expo we're heading to WDW for 10 days ( ). Which means lots of prepping to be done as it gets closer, and lots of loose ends to tie up at work since I'll be off for 2 weeks, and we have a lot of stuff coming down the pike this month.

It doesn't look like many meets have been planned for those of us attending the Expo in the September Check-In thread, so if anyone wants to pick up this thread, or start another to plan some meets, I'd be ever so grateful. If one of you decides to start a new one, PM me the link and I'll update the first post and the title to notify those that are already subscribed to this one.

I'm looking forward to meeting as many of you as I can during that weekend, thanks for understanding!

To be honest I am not really interested in seeing "Murphy". So what about a pre-"Murphy" meet around 7 or 8? Then those that want to see Murphy can go over later. We could either do it somewhere in the park, DTD, or Lost Bar? Once we decide on a time, maybe we can add our meet to the Disneyland thread?

I think we are probably going to get in late Friday. I have to talk to my brother and see what time we can leave. It probably wouldn't be until about 7 at the earliest. So I am not sure about a Friday meet.

How about dinner Saturday at DCA at 6:30 pm? We could meet in the area of Pacific Wharf Cafe, Cocina Cucamonga, and the new chinese place. That would give us plenty of choices to pick from.

We're in for Friday, where ever we decide to meet. We'll be heading over after work (around 6:00 - 7:00ish). We want to see the 10:30 F! that night.

Saturday is still up in the air for me, just because we have to get up so early on Sunday morning for the Expo (it's the only day we're attending, we have an hour drive from our house, and I want to get there eeeeearly). So whatever you all decide for this day, I probably won't know until Fri or Sat if I'll be tagging along that night.
