D23 2015

I have not seen restrictions for P&Rs. We should see a stream or periscope action for that one.
I had heard, mind you this was a month back, that filming/cameras would be prohibited inside the Disney Parks Presentation. I'm not sure if someone (or me) misunderstood, but that's what I heard.

I'm interested in Force Awakens (even though JJ said no new footage) and Jungle Book too! Rouge 1 and Doctor Strange are Wildcards. It should be fun!

JJ said we shouldn't expect any Episode 7 footage until Fall of this year but we can remain hopeful.

That show is commentary/review of what will have been discussed in the keynote. So while not the actual thing, it will make for an interesting show well worth watching! If you want all the breaking news as it happens, check in here. If you just want it all at once in the end with analysis that's the way to go. You can't go wrong either way.

Also, lest we forget: http://disneyparks.disney.go.com/blog/

They'll break news as it happens!
Thank you!

Wondering how many of the 3637 live action films that have been announced will show up today! I'm actually really hoping to see some stuff from Beauty and the Beast.

And has anyone heard if they'll be teasing anything from Pirates?

I wonder if Alan Horn will address the ton of live-action remakes they are supposedly producing.

Lasseter kind of addressed yesterday during the animation session. We do know they'll be talking about Jungle Book and Alice 2.

I'm still very eskeptical about those remakes. I think Disney has been purchasing every script with the characters everyone associates with Disney just so other studios don't buy them first. I mean, they have films for at least a decade. Do they even plan that far into the future? Who knows, though.

Exactly, I'm still waiting for that Matterhorn movie that was supposed to come out years ago!

By the way, there's an Imagineering panel going on right now as well. It features Marty Sklar and a few others, but I'm not really following along. The Dis twitter has the updates.

Standing ovation for Jungle Book. Everyone is saying it was AMAZING. Lots of praise for how beautiful the CGI is.

Now on to Alice Through the Looking Glass. The original cast is back. Lots of time travel involved, so you will see prequel stories of many characters.
