D23 2015

Did they announce anything about any of the upcoming Star Wars movies yesterday? All I saw reading the thread was some costumes.

Excuse me for being new here but is there anywhere we can watch a live stream of the parks presentation today?

We all expected some footage, but I don't believe anything prominent in terms of Star Wars happened.

Alas, they're not offering any streaming service. However, there will be extensive coverage of the event from multiple sources. Second best, but still a good solution.

So keep your focus here!

Okay, seems dumb with something as big as D23 that the convention itself wouldn't have a stream but I guess they want to keep it excusive to the guests going. What sources are you following?

There are a few websites, but this thread is a great one for following all the Disney Parks info. A few posters, especially @rteetz, are doing a great job pulling from the web, twitterverse, and YouTube to paint an accurate picture.

Another one to follow is: http://forums.wdwmagic.com/threads/d23-expo-2015.881635/page-42

Steve over there will keep it up to date. For the movie presentation follow: http://www.comingsoon.net/movies/ne...e-blog-live-action-at-the-walt-disney-studios

Welcome! So far we don't know if cameras are going to be allowed for the Parks and resorts panel. Animation and live action presentations are very strict, but there's a possibility that parks will allow cameras. We'll see when that particular panel gets closer.

Okay thanks, idk if this is real but I think this is a stream for the presentation tonight for anyone interested. http://www.parkscope.net/2015/08/live-broadcast-d23-parks-resorts.html

I have not seen restrictions for P&Rs. We should see a stream or periscope action for that one.

The film panels involve sneak previews and trailers. Streaming those, whether through official or fan sources, breaches copyright law.

That show is commentary/review of what will have been discussed in the keynote. So while not the actual thing, it will make for an interesting show well worth watching! If you want all the breaking news as it happens, check in here. If you just want it all at once in the end with analysis that's the way to go. You can't go wrong either way.

Also, lest we forget: http://disneyparks.disney.go.com/blog/

They'll break news as it happens!
