I remember someone posting there is going to be a party at the Doorway to Dreams in RFM soon. is this true. if so what date

Yes it is this weekend from 12-4 Saturday and Sunday. A meet and greet with Mickey and minnie and some music. Not as good as the party last year at the garden city hotel

It was today and it also runs tomorrow from 12-4

We went today and it was cute. Mickey and Minnie were there (a very short line to meet with them) and a photo pass photographer was taking photos. Radio Disney was also there for the dance party portion.

We got Mickey Ears and a cute gift bag from one of the guides.

There is special pricing at the event but nothing that got me excited and I'm not really sure if it's better than without the event b/c we haven't looked since purchasing.

I believe it was a minimum of $8 off at Hawaii, $8 at BLT and AKV, and $10 at California. If you bought a certain amount of points you would either get more money off per point or a visa gift card.

For those of you that trade pins, there were a LOT of guides there with lanyards so that was the highlight of my day.

We went there today and had a great time! Met Mickey, got mouse ears and Camp Rock stuff, and got to see the BLT model rooms. They also have a mini model of the Aulani resort and the Disney Dream (Both look AMAZING!). They also had a special members-only lounge set up outside the store for any members who were interested in learning about the current incentives without sitting through the presentation for new people. The CMs there are very friendly. They do an amazing job with the kids club - I couldn't get mine to leave! I also loved all of the pin trading! All in all, it was a fun afternoon. We might just go back tomorrow.
