I prefer my meat to be cooked through all the way on my beef patties. How does D-Luxe do theirs? Can you ask for it to be well done?

The 3 times Ive had burgers there they were medium, I did not specify a temp. Never asked if it could be cooked more so no clue as to the second part.

We were there last week. They asked us if we wanted our burger well done or a little pink. I said well done and they were cooked perfectly. I never even thought to ask, so I'm glad they asked me. Definitely tell them your preference!

Can't wait to try D-Luxe burger the next time we're in Disney Springs.:goodvibes Missed it last week as we had a reservation for Morimoto (which was outstanding btw)

A family friend prefers his burgers to be cooked "until you wouldn't believe it could have ever mooed." (His description.) He loves D-Luxe Burger. I have no doubt they will cook your burger medium, well, or so far into the afterlife it appears on the Haunted Mansion banquet table.

I'm a well done type person and ds n dh always say I kill the meat ( for myself). I'd rather that... than wondering and a worrying lol

Was there between Christmas and New Year - they seemed to suggest well-done as a default. Personally thought it was a bit too well-done but I am more of a "medium" person. Definitely cooked through though!

They did ask me but as a FL resident, FL state law requires hamburgers to be medium well/well done for health reasons.

Thanks for the replies! It's really only my burgers I'm picky with when it comes to beef. I can eat steaks and other types of beef medium rare but I think its a textural thing with the burgers. I like them to be firmer and all the way done. I'm looking forward to trying out D-Luxe and all of the new places in DS that have opened since we last went!

Booooo. I like burgers medium rare.

That's interesting. I'm a FL resident also. I always orders my burgers medium rare to medium. If that's the law, most restaurants obviously don't mind breaking it. :p
