Cypress pointe resort to airport?

we are driving to disney. my oldest has to meet us in orlando a couple days later due to finals. Is is easy to get to the airport from cypress. About how long of a drive. Should I get map quest directions? Hubby was thinking if it might be difficult taking a cab to go get her. What do you all think?
