Does anyone know if the 3 bedroom units are all in a certain area or building? Any info would be appreciated. Also, has anyone booked this condo through Four Seasons Travel? What were your experiences with them??????

As Spriceycat said, in both phases of Cypress Pointe Resort (regular & Grand Villas), there are many, many 3BR lock-offs all over the resort. Here's a link to the unit floorplans for the CPGV, so you can see. It just depends on whether you get the small side (studio bedroom), the larger side (2BR) or the whole thing (3BR).

Here's a link that compares amenities and room floorplans for both sides of the resort, since you may use amenities throughout, regardless of where your room is located.

Sorry, we've never used that rental agency. We traded into a 3BR GV through RCI. Enjoy your stay - we did! :)

in June 2006 and loved the resort. We had a 2 BR and it was huge! and beautiful. We rented thru www.hotelkingdom.com they had them going for $96.00/nite. The 3 BR's were not much more, if I remember correctly. We had absolutely no problems with hotelkingdom, and we rented last minute (about 1-2 weeks in advance). Have a good trip!!:wizard:

I just booked a 2 bdrm at CPGV thru escapes.ca. I paid $650 CAD for 7 nights. I think the rate is $89.00 US a night for 2bdrm not quite sure what 3bdrm is a night. I've never stayed there before but I've done about a month of research and I'm happy with my choice. Escapes is also a member of the BBB which put my mind at ease knowing that I was giving credit card info over the net.

Im just about to book a 3 bedroom at Cypress Pointe as well. We are also using Four Seasons. Looks great to me! Im pretty excited! I think that Tracy at Four Seasons is really flexible and working hard to keep up happy....she is requesting a pool view room per my 5 year old daughters request! I think thats awesome!

We are traveling at the end of Oct-early November. When are you traveling?

Have a great trip!

O.K.
This is pretty funny. I also booked with Four Seasons Travel for Oct 25-30, and I also requested a pool view room. Maybe we'll be neighbors!!!!!!!
Have you ever booked with Four Seasons? I was a little leary since I've never heard of them before. My kids are 10 and 13!!!!!!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Can anyone give a quick overview of the views for the Grand Villas?

Nope, never used Four Seasons before. But I have read Tracy's 100% positive feedback, plus she gave me refrences.

Maybe we will be neighbors! Wouldnt that be great?! I have 3 small kids...2 girls and a boy. My 2 daughters will be turning 6--10/29, and 4--10/31. My son is 16 months. If you see us you will see us chasing my very active son! LOL! We will also be coming in on the 25th and stay until the 3rd.

Good Luck and have an awesome trip!
