Cypress Palms Help

Found what I think is a good deal on Cypress Palms but have never been to wdw before and need help knowing if this is a nice place or not. I got a one bedroom suite for 70.00 a night or a 2 bedroom for 94.00. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If this is Fairfield at Cypress Palms we stayed there a couple years ago and liked it. Nothing fancy and not a huge resort but the condo was very spacious and everyone who worked there was really nice. We would stay there again
