Cypress gardens Theme park?

Has anyone been to Cypress Gardens since it reopened? We are thinking of going there for a day at the end of October? I will be taking my two 4 year olds and it looks like there is a lot for them to do, but I was hoping to hear from someone who has been? Will it be very crowded on the weekend around Halloween?? Also last quest, do they rent strollers?
