Those who wanted the photography outfit for dolls should check ebay before giving up on a matching girl/doll set. Those were $5 at the fall mcm sale a few weeks ago and ebay was flooded with them afterwards. Many sellers had $15-$18 buy it now options for that outfit so it's worth a search before sellers realize the girl size was on sale today and up their prices...

ETA - just checked ebay... sure enough there are lots listed under $20 with low shipping charges. Even a $16.99 BIN accepting best offers.

Those little embroidered clogs are just too cute in person and I love that even the beret has embroidery to match the pants and clogs...

Ugh, of course I placed my order right before the photographer outfit was back up. Oh, well. Got quite a bit of stuff. Ordered step-dd's first AG doll, not picky on outfits and got quite a few on sale!

OK, so I did have the photographer outfit in my cart even though the price was still saying $30 and I did purchase it. I just got my email confirmation a bit ago with all of the prices and such and it wasn't changed. So I gave them a call. It sort of sounded like they were not going to change the price unless the customer "caught" it. The customer service rep said it was good that I "caught" it so early and since I called they would change the price.

NOT an experienced AG shopper. Our girls all have "knock-off" dolls... (Our Generation or My Disney Girl)... I have purchased VERY FEW actual AG items and that was quite a few years ago. Decided to get youngest dd an actual AG doll this year. So on Cyber Monday I ordered the doll and quite a bit of stuff to go with it. Well, 3 of the items are for BITTY BABY, not the 18" doll!! I am soooo mad at myself for not noticing this! It was kinda hard, I guess, since everything was lumped together for the sale. Now not only do I have some things I have no use for and either have to pay to ship back or have to somehow get myself to the AG store (we have one about 30 minutes away, not exactly convenient, as we don't otherwise shop at this particular mall ever), but I also don't have as much stuff as I thought I was going to have! I was going to use 1 or 2 things as a gift for my niece also, as we just bought her an Our Generation doll for her birthday last month. Ugh...

To be honest, most of the Bitty stuff does fit the larger dolls. Pants may look a little silly and onesies wouldn't work, but I often put the Bitty dresses on the bigger dolls. They are just a little short; the width is basically the same. Hope that helps.

Please go ahead and try them on the AG dolls. You will be pleasantly surprised. We have graduated for bitty to twins to now AG. We have used all the oufits on all the dolls. Also if you go on American girl playthings.com
they have a picture of an AG doll wearing the same pj's you bought. It made me want to buy them but they were sold out by the time I saw how nicely it looked.

There is also a lot of AG stuff on Craigslist in the Dallas area, I'm sure you could find someone to buy them even paying the price that you did, considering that it's not full store price. I've looked on there numerous times before.

I did the same thing! The stuff I bought on Cyber Monday just got here today and I did the same thing. I bought a Bitty Baby Nightie. It looks small. I live nowhere near an AG store Maybe I will buy some pants and Molly can wear it as a shirt?

I got one box today. It had Emily's tap outfit (so adorable!), the star hoodie outfit that Just Like You dolls came in (with little panties, DD will be thrilled LOL), the doll sized blossom carrier, a doll hoodie, the warm up set (didn't realize this was a Chrissa outfit but it has the texter from her line, really cute), and I got DD the thermal striped shirt for girls. I gave her the shirt tonight and she has been planning her outfit for school with it It's, like all other AG items we've bought her, really good quality and I paid $8 I can't wait to get my second box, it is supposed to come by this weekend (it finally shipped!!)
