Cvs weekly 5/8-5/15

There are a few versions of the ad going around. Our milk was higher and our crest was free after ecbs. Some had the cheaper milk and a $1.50 ecb on the crest. I guess the right guard had some regional differences too.

We have crazy laws about milk and never get the extra bucks on it, but they did mark ours down to $2.19 for the week.

I did all the regular deals (Crest, Kotex U, Right Guard, Schick) and I had $1 coupons x 4 for the Bayer, Always, and Carefree. I also did the diaper deal on both cards (baby shower gift) and got a few cases of water and some 2 liters of coke zero. Also got a free absolutely divine chocolate bar with a CRT from scanner. All in all a great week and cost was $8.15. Considering I got two packs of diapers and the water....very happy with that total :thumbsup2

Ohh! I hope I get the chocolate bar CRT!

I made out with the Covergirl lip products BOGO !! I had a BOGO mfg Q and they girl pushed it thru so I got them both free !!
Also did the Kotex 4.99 get 4.99 ecb and used a $1 Q making it a MM!! I came out with more ecbs than I went in with so a good week!! Does anyone know if the Dove shampoo for 2/6 includes the Intensive repair products ???? My daughter has just started to use this and says to look for sales !!!

I get coupons in the mail occasionally, if you have an account at CVS.com for your extra care card, check your settings and maybe uncheck mail and then save it and then go back in and recheck it - sometimes that triggers a change in the database for mailings..

Great idea! But where do you see that in your account? I've been everywhere and don't see it? :confused3

My new favorite is Cole - he offered to work for all the moms yesterday so they could have the day off, but Dominque scheduled EVERYONE, just for short shifts, just to be mean.

I think a few of the cashiers (who will remain nameless but we all know who they are....) should jump ship at CVS and go work over at Wags. :rolleyes1

Mini-Moneymaker:

I got a CRT for $2 off a CVS Essence of Beauty product. The EoB hand sanitizer is 1.69, but the CRT scanned for the full $2. :thumbsup2

Is the Crest Rinse coupon scanning without beeping since it is for a larger size? I didn't try that yet. I don't want to burn to many bridges.

Oh, if you are going to do the Huggies deal, definitely scan your card first. I got a $2 CRT for Huggies tonight and was able to combine with a $1.50 MFQ.

I just signed in and now they've removed the part about postal mail and it only asks about email. I don't know if that means that everyone is on the "mailing list" or if they've eliminated it, but I've received stuff in real mail within the last month so maybe they just keep adding names to it?? Sorry - I didn't know it had been changed.

Yes, the 75 cent coupon for the rinse scans without beeping. I got a BOGO on Essence of Beauty - wish I got the $2 instead!

remember to scan you cards to get good crts. one of the generic crts printing is for $1 off 2 cvs first aid

right now there are some of the cvs first aid kits or the cvs brand sheer bandages on sale for $1 (part of the 10/$10 deal)

Use the $1/2 CVS brand first aid product coupon printing out of the crt machine final cost $0.50 each!

sorry forgot to also mention that another one of the generic crts printing is $1 off any cvs hair care product (excludes trial size). If you go down the shampoo isle there is on the bottom of the shelves a cvs brand full size shampoo or conditioner for .99

I was going to do this last night but there was only one box of bandaids left. The more I think about it, though, I'm going to go back and get that box if it is still there and one bottle of hydrogren peroxide (also 10/10). My husband always uses that on his cuts.

This coupon is good on any brand of shampoo so it can also be combined with the Pantene offer or with the VO5 which is on sale for .77 which makes this a 23 cent MM.

We're back from a lovely week at the World! I got little DD her first time button and it was very fun!

And, I even made it to CVS Sunday and got the toothpaste, Kotex, Shampoo and some Huggies. :woohoo:

I got the stink eye :crazy2: from 2 ladies behind me since I did two transactions, but OH WELL!

Now, here is the first of our Lobby CVS card photos:

Smiller is on the left, I'm on the right. The CVS cards are looking good, yes?:teacher:This is from the POR lobby. I didn't like this resort alot but we were only there for one night. Smiller says I complain too much.

Ok, I am armed with coupons, a $3 ECB and the $5 off $25 coupon....and not sure what deals to do this week...may make a trip today...any ideas/suggestions to get me started again? You guys rock :worship:

Okay, I went Sunday, list in hand, coupons in hand....now, please remember I'm new to the whole CVS ECB thing, so for me, I thought I did awesome....it's a start !

this is what I got on Sunday:

Crest pro health 2 @ 3.50 ea ( I had 2 $ 1.00 coupons) : price $ 5.00
(extra care bucks : $ 7.00)
U by Kotex pads 2 @ 4.99 ea ( I had 2 $ 1.00 coupons) : price $ 7.98
(extra care bucks : $ 4.99)
Right Guard 2 @ 2.99 ea ( I had a coupon for $3.00 off 2) : price $ 2.98
(extra care bucks : $ 4.00)

So total I spent $ 15.96 (out of pocket) and got back $ 15.99 in Extra care bucks (to use later). Basically, everything i got was free (since I got that back in extra care bucks).

Now today, I'm going back to get:
Pantene 2/$ 6.97. I've got a coupon for $ 1.00 so I'll spend $ 5.97 (and get back $ 3.00 ECB).
Dove Body wash : 2/ $13.98 ( I've got 2 coupons for $ 1.25 off each) : price : $ 11.48 ( ECB $ 4.00).

So I'll use my $ 15.99 in ECB from Sunday and pay out of pocket $ 1.46. ( and get back another $ 7.00 in ECB). Not too shabby.

Flaky,I can't tell you how much I was singing your praises on Sunday...my DH thought I was a nut job until I told him and now he's singing your praises. Everyone on this thread is awesome and truly does have wonderful money saving tips. So thank you to all for helping me!! I'm a true CVS believer now !! :cheer2:
