Cvs weekly 4/4-4/10

Over dinner today I mentioned how I wasted about 20 minutes trying to find this coupon that didn't exist My family thought it was so funny they spent the rest of the evening pulling their own April Fools jokes.
The top two - DD14 told DS10 and DS9 to pack an overnight bag cause we were leaving for the Dells in ten minutes (we have done this several times so it was believable) DD14 and I wrapped a rubberband around the faucet sprayer in the kitchen right before someone was set to do dishes. There was water everywhere - but lotso laughs! Thanks Flaky!

A few things to pick up at CVS this week. The GM cereal BOGO is a fairly good deal for me pricewise. My husband eats a big bowl of Cheerios every morning. So if I do the BOGO and include a coupon for $1 off two they are pretty cheap.

Wish that I was getting better coupons from the scanner! Nothing very good at all lately.

Too funny - I was irritated with my two youngest kids while I was there, so my mind was elsewhere, I did hear Rob say he overcharged you and I remember you and the man behind you agreeing about the scanner, but for the life of me, I can't remember what you look like (I am blaming the kids)

Well this is sad, here we were in the store at the same time, right next to each other and no hugging and screaming lol

It should work if the money-off coupons are taken before the B1G1 because they will prompt to enter an amount, but sometimes the coding will cause the other coupons to say "no product sold."

This is a really tricky transaction so you'd have to go into it thinking that they probably won't allow all of the coupons and just be okay with what goes through.

I'm pretty happy - I got a TON of stuff for almost $10. I will probably stop by the CVS near my work this week to get the gum. DD8 loves gum and goes through it fairly quickly.

The cashier asked it I would go shopping for him. I told him it takes a LOT of planning to get this done.

ETA: I would really really like to know what happened to all of the 5/25 coupons I used to get. Anyone else not getting them anymore?

Scored Big at RA this morning the Oral B toothbruses were on sale for 2.29 with a $1.50 scr. Plus I had coupons that they let me use both !! 1 BOGO and 1 $1 off 1 so for 1.29 I got 2 toothbrushes and have a $1.50 scr !!!!

I made my DH switch to this brand last year since I can get so much of it for free. When I brought home two more bottles yesterday he said the same thing I also told him to "use a little extra for good measure"

And the good news is I've read reports that say it's the best out there and people are really happy with it compared to other brands. it when we can get great stuff for free.
