Cvs weekly 1/31-2/6

I've been waiting for CVS to have Stayfree on sale or with ECB so that I could use the B1G1 coupon that came out a few weeks ago but so far I haven't seen any sales.

For those of us that have Meijer stores, they will have Stayfree on sale starting Thursday B2G1 free. If you use the coupon, you should be able to get 2 free. Not as good as when CVS has them with ECB but better then letting the coupon expire.

Hey ladies! I'm back on the DIS! My delivery went very well considering all my complications and I'm doing OK. I was in the hospital for a week, and got home last wednesday night. :thumbsup2 Smiller is here helping out and it is wonderful.:goodvibes

I've been on her to go do the Huggies deal. :teacher:Hopefully she'll get to the CVS tomorrow to get me some diapers!

Welcome back to the thread! Glad to hear you're doing okay and that Smiller is there to help. Wish I had such a wonderful sister! (I'm an only child....:sad2:)

I should have waited to go to CVS. I went in this morning and they had TONS of coke products and they had the body wash. The only things they were still out of was skippy and the toilet paper. So know I have $26 in ebs!

Congrats, and welcome back! Wow, a week is a long time but so glad things are going well now! And how fun having your sister there to help and share it with you too! :goodvibes

Ok, seriuosly my nerves are shot! I wish my CVS carried alcohol ;)

First the Zantac isn't counting for the Rite Aid rebate so I had a big fight with them over that....I THINK I finally got that straightened out (in my favor).

Then had a tax issue with my temp job. They are withholding city taxes even though I don't live/work in the city. It is $15 a week, so not a small amount. Still fighting about that one.

Then got a call for an interview. Called the lady back and she asked salary requirements. I gave her my bare minimum (since it is a non-profit) and she couldn't even come close to that. At least she told me up front so I didn't waste time on an interview. She also told me that she was hearing my number a lot, so at least I was in the ball park! And at least I know my resume is good.

Then I had a unexpected meeting with my boss and HR person at work. They basically told me I was doing good but even though my "contractual period was up" that they were extending the temp assignment at least another 30 days and reevaluating then. Ugh, I can't handle this limbo anymore.

Ok, sorry AGAIN for venting. But honestly can't do it on facebook (due to coworkers being on there) and my family just gets stressed out about it too much. I do feel a bit better now though, at least I know I have a job for another 30 days. Oi vey......

 Sometimes it feels like everything is hitting at one time...because it is:flower3: Your job is out there...they havent found you yet. They will:thumbsup2:thumbsup2 Maybe you can pour a glass of wine lock the bathroom door and take a nice hot bubble bath:cloud9:

Scott and Quilted Northern 12pks double rolls for $6.99

Thanks. I thought that maybe I missed an ECB offer.

Meijer had the 6-pack double rolls of Northern on sale for $2.50 so I picked up a bunch there instead.

...Does anyone else take the Rite Aid $25 free gift card w/ new or transferred prescription to CVS to match? I've had 4 this month so far... :cool1: So I spend $5 for a prescription and get $25 back!

We don't have Rite Aid stores here (Chicago area) but I know that CVS will take competitor coupons. I've used coupons from Meijer and Dominick's at CVS with no problem. Just be sure that they are not expires.

I wish :sad1: Our insurance is mail order only for prescriptions so I can never use those coupons. We don't get many 1x rx's, and the few times we have there usually isn't a new rx coupon, just the transfers. Bummer!

I was told that each time you get a new prescription - even if its for the same medication - that it is considered a new prescription. So, for example, my DH takes blood pressure medicine and the prescription lasts for one year. He has to go back to the doctors after the year to get another year's worth. Well, that next year's prescription is considered a new prescription even though its really just a continuation of the same one because with the new prescription it needs a new RX number??
