CVS ECB Deals - Sales for Week 3/16/08-3/22/08

Signs are hit and miss around here too. My favorite store always has their regular sale signs up and about 50% of the ones for the monthly deals. I think the problem with the monthly deal signs is they are the ones that stick out from the shelf. Could be they are getting knocked off.

im sitting on about 40$ in ECB's right now.....most expire 4/15. ive been having so much fun playing with them tht i didnt even think about them expiring......so today im gonna go use a few on things that i want.....i know i know....using them with no return investment is sacrilidge.... but its for some of my favorite things!!!

also....one of my CVS's is resetting their HBA....so i stumbled into a ton of shampoo....for $1 a bottle....brand name stuff too.....so watch those clearence endcaps......

Oh Oh Oh Today I finally found the Playskool totes fro 75% off. I bought 15 of them. I was not sure when the coupons expire but since they are good all year I will go back for the rest if they still have them.

They also had the 3 set baskets/cloth liners for 2.49. That is 75% off. There were some purse/backpacks in red and yellow, some of those vac/seal bags for clothing (did not check the pirce) and some funky looking shelving.

My $15 ECB was expiring today plus I used another $11 ECB and paid $1.16 OOP. I did not earn any ECB's but I was thrilled with the transaction.

Everything in the bags I can use for family except for the bottles and I will let grandaughters have some for play and the rest will be donated. 2 sets of baskets for DD, DDIL, and me plus 2 purses for me. Oh and the free prints for DH. We will not pay for prints for a long time.

Remember my cashier "I look and act like I want to help you , but I really don't" well he was not there last night My nice and friendly girl was. I went in and had 15 to spend but the mouth wash was gone so I had to rethink. I did well. I saw that I was only .70 away from DOVE so I went to the car and got the Deodorant that was on clearance that I did not know was on clearance until later. Grabbed that and the expired ECB--went back in reutrned the deodorant. I got got the DOVE soap and 2 playschool items. Went and checked out--used the gift card that I just got and the 5 expired ECB--she didn't blink and pushed it through. I am going back today to see if the mouthwash is restocked and to try an use another expired ECB.

I must be blind---did not see Glade or Flameless as an ECB maker. How much do I have to buy and what do I get?

The Glade air freshener is $.99 per can. Coupon for $1 off two...get $1 ECB back so two cans free.

Not sure that the Flameless is a money maker...I think you just get it pretty cheap.

I think there are BOGO coupons out there and you get like $2 per candle back as ECB? Is that right....so $7.99 for 2, $4 EB so $3.99 for 2 - please correct me if I'm wrong out there.

I must be blind---did not see Glade or Flameless as an ECB maker. How much do I have to buy and what do I get?

The flamless candle is 7.99 on special this week. If you go to the glade site you can get a $5.00 coupon for each one and get 2ECB for each one. You don't make money but they are nice for $1.00 (which I use ECB for anyways!)

Has anyone received their Quarterly Bucks yet? I know I asked the other day, and LJ I took your advice and waited 48 hrs. But still don't see anything online to print. So do I just go buy a pack of gum and get them printed at the Store? I"m so impatient! but I haven't even started Easter Shopping!! I have 5 kids, DH & MIL to buy for.

The Site is showing Spring Spending so I know the Winter Spending is definetely over.

So do I just go buy a pack of gum and get them printed at the Store? I"m so impatient! but I haven't even started Easter Shopping!! I have 5 kids, DH & MIL to buy for.

The Site is showing Spring Spending so I know the Winter Spending is definetely over.

I just came from CVS and no quarterly bucks yet. No kids mouthwash either. It figures the one thing I really want none of the stores around me have. I think we might have to take a little CVS road trip tonight.

I know we don't like to mix Walgreens talk here, but the flameless candles are a money maker at Walgreens this week. They are on sale for $5.99 and there is a $5 printable coupon. You can send in for a $2 rebate with Walgreens monthly book. So you make $1.01. Limit is 3.

I'm not sure what the deal is over the quarterly bucks. Why does everyone expect them to be out now? I imagine that quarterly means every 3 months. So shouldn't quarterly bucks come out after the end of March???

No kid mouthwash at my place either. I was there yesterday and I went back today because they get their truck on Weds AM. The mgr aid he has never even seen it before!! They were half done unpacking. We'll see if it shows up. I did finally get my lipsyl that is on the monthly. I like it very much! AND I transfered a Rx and got my $30 gift card. Very fun!!
