Cvs deals 4/19-4/25

My son will be in college this fall and I've already mapped out his school location and the one and only CVS in the town. :thumbsup2
:rotfl:I'm glad to see you have your priorities in order.:rotfl2:

For all those without a scanner, have faith. None of the stores in this area had a scanner until last fall. Then one store got one...then a couple months later, another store got one. And now, the 3 CVS' that I shop the most all have scanners.:yay:

mmhhmmm my store has a scanner....just wait until your scanner is out of paper and no one cares or no one knows how to change the paper or where it is located. I probably looked like a deer in the headlights the one day as I just knew there should be some good CRTs, but there was no paper in the scanner!!! Thankfully someone changed the paper and I finally ended up getting the 2 off nuts, 2/10 CVS brand and a 5/25. :thumbsup2

No one seems to know how to fix the paper. Now I know..I am not kidding. I fix it all the time..The manager didnt een know how to open it...he said he didnt have the key:lmao:I showed him:rotfl2:

I mostly lurk around here, but love all the great advice. My nearest CVS won't take IP coupons, but I seem to do quite well with the clipped ones.

The store closest to me has a scanner, but they refuse to put paper in it. Trust me, I have asked..

I have some Pullup coupons. I would be more than happy to mail them out to someone. Thankfully, we won't be going back to those anymore. Although I washed my 19 yr olds bedding this weekend before he comes home from college. Can't figure out for the life of me why he still has a waterproof mattress pad? :confused3

Well it's official. My CVS and stockpiling addiction has taken over. We converted our hallway closet into a pantry last nite. DH put in a shelving unit and I filled it up with CVS and Commissary goodies. :thumbsup2

We still need to organize the shelf above the clothes rod. I'm so excited that I have ROOM to see what I have! :cool1:

I told DH that now I have room to shop some MORE! He was less than thrilled and looked something like this: :scared1:

Who needs extra sheets and towels??????? Just wash the ones on the bed/hanging in the bathroom when they are dirty and put them right back! We need room for our CVS stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :rotfl2:

As previously mentioned, the men's Adidas deodorant is an April monthly deal, earn $2 ECB for each one purchased, limit 3.

My store had 3 left that were just reduced to $1.25 each, making them a moneymaker (Pay $1.25 earn $2 ECB). Only the "INTENSIVE" scent was reduced.

When the pantry overflows, it is time to thin out and donate - or at least that is how we manage the shampoo and toothpaste supply here at my house. My CVS printed out a coupon for $5 off $15 of Tressemme. So I bought $20 worth, got $10 in ECB, used 6 $1.00 coupons from Marie Claire, and used the CVS coupon. So I have 3 large shampoos and three large conditioners and I am ahead by $1.00. And I had ECB's to roll so my out of pocket was nothing. No one at my house likes Tressemme so it is on the way to my local food pantry which is always grateful for non-food items. It kind of makes me feel good that I can help someone else out just by using a little of my time and energy!

my CVS would not let me use the Tressemme coupons:sad1: they said the onlyinternet coupons they could accept where from CVS.com

Oh I hear you. We are a military family and always send boxes over to the troops full of extra toiletries and snacks - I've been packing up boxes to send this week. If anyone wants to donate just pick a soldier on www.anysoldier.com and send them a package. They are always SO grateful. :thumbsup2

Our house doesn't have a true pantry so our storage space is very limited. I was tired of having to store paper towels in with my pots and pans or keeping soda and cases of bottled water in my dining room. Now I have space for it all! :woohoo:

I do need to be careful about stockpiling too many liquids like dishwashing liquid though - the movers won't take those and we are out of here next year. I only need to buy what we can use before we leave.

Ran to 2 CVS stores today to finish up the Tresemme deal and get the Benefiber deal. THANKS SO MUCH for the Benefiber coupons, pamjb!

I did find this rather amusing when getting the Benefiber deal. Look closely. All of the sale prices are HIGHER than the regular price! I told the Pharmacist and he chuckled and said that we weren't supposed to notice that. :rotfl: I wonder how often this happens and we just don't realize it!

For the record the prices scanned at the cheaper "regular" price for me.

This happened at Walgreens once, and it scanned the HIGHER price!! I complained but they wouldn't fix it so I said never again! BTW I've worked retail so I know this happens alot, since prices are different everywhere but you are suppose to only charge the lower price.

I'm back from San Diego and trying to get a list together for CVS. I wonder if I'll find any Edge and Bayer left today.

Thanks! I am back home and cutting coupons. My stock piles are dwindling lol

You had us very worried, young lady! So glad you were having fun on vacation and not feeling poorly. I found plenty of Bayer and a few Edge left at the Maryland/Arcade store yesterday if you want to head into town.

Thanks, I missed you all! I wrote about leaving, but I think I did it a long time before we actually left - sorry!

I finally made it to Mahtomedi tonight and got Bayer, but they were out of Edge. I should have went to Maryland instead. I did find a bunch of boxes of cookies for 9 cents each. Don't know if they're any good, but my husband eats anything :rotfl:
