Is anyone else having trouble receiving your 6 digit code to your email from the DGC website? I've been trying since last night to get into my account and I'm not receiving the email with the code to finish logging in. I sent Disney a message about it but it says it could take days to respond {eyeroll}. Wondering if others can get in or if it's just typical Disney IT.

I get my code by text and that is working fine.
 
I need to load up some DGC and Ive been procrastinating. Let me see if it works for me

Check your spam, or if you get them by text, make sure texts are coming through. I've had a couple times where I was expecting an OTP and it never came-then I found out my cell provider was having issues with texts.
 
I have 2 Gmail accounts (one from when I was young and picked a clever/dumb name and then a grownup more professional one). 1 forwards to the other. The code didn’t forward. I needed to log into that account separately. Sharing in case you have a similar set up.

If still having trouble, I’d call Disney IT at (407) 939-4357. They’ve always been most helpful when I needed to call them.

Thanks. I might try this. the DGC site is the only disney site that makes me do this two factor thing.

Could be a Gmail thing. I'm having the exact same problem for the past 24 hours. No code by E-mail on my @gmail account as well (even not in the spam). My wife has an @outlook account and that received a code within 2 seconds.

Yep, mine is gmail
 
Yes. It’s not in spam. Doesn’t work for my husbands account either. I gave up and tried creating a new account (non-Gmail), email never came. I’ve been emailing back and forth for two weeks and tech is completely useless.
