Cvs 7/4-7/10 weekly deals

I got in late to this deal, but saw that I was able to buy 3 Power Bars today at 99 cents, and get the $2.97 extra bucks...and there is 1 left according to my receipt...is it really 1 or more? I can't seem to find when this expires as a deal.

Also, I had a nice unexpected MM today...my CVS had turned on the deals for tomorrow already, so the Kodak Picture DVD rang up as $6.99 and then they manually printed ECB for $10!

For the new people, don't forget to get a 99 cent Green Bag tag...it's SO easy to use...on one card, I have made $9 from it! Not bad, considering I don't always remember to use it...and the best part is I don't have a million CVS bags under my sink anymore!

For the powerbar I bought 5 last month, so you should be able to get at least that.

Been out of the loop for almost a year. Just getting back in this week. What is the green bag tag and how did it make you money??!!

When you go into CVS near the reusable CVS cloth bags that they sell there will be a little paper tag shaped like a leaf. It's green, with a green cord and when you buy it it's attached to a brown paperboard hanger. It costs 99 cents. There's two ways to use it. Attach it to a reusable bag that you plan to use for CVS and hand the bag and tag to the cashier and they'll scan it or throw it in your purse and every time you bring a reusable bag with you when you go to CVS you hand it over with your CVS card to be scanned. Every forth time that you have them scan it you will get back $1 ECB so after 4 uses it becomes a MM:thumbsup2

There are a couple of caveats on how this works. You can only get one scan per day per card and you can use the same tag for multiple cards , but, as I learned the hard way, there is no credit for multiple tags for the same card so it does not pay to buy extra tags. :rolleyes1

Please note you do not have to have a CVS reusable bag for this to work as a MM just the tag. I use a rolling variety of different bags - a bag that I got from My Coke Rewards, a canvas tote, a Target bag & a Stop & Shop bag.:hippie:

Help -- If I have 4 Sobe B1G1 Free coupons, can I get 8 bottles for free at CVS this week?

The ad says limit of six so the last two might not ring up for BOGO. Maybe get six and then go back for the last two in a different transaction. You will get 8 free that way. :thumbsup2

Went last night to get both weeks deals !!

The Sobe BOGO coupons worked great! 12 bottles FREE!

The sunglasses cases ECBs (last weeks deals) didn't print.

Pantene was .50cent MM since 50% off, $2 CRT and $1 coupon. But no ECBs printed. Still a great deal! :thumbsup2

Oh my gosh, what a day! Between last night's trip and today's I now have 40 free Sobes!! This is something we have always used, so I am super happy about this!! I still have more BOGO coupons left. I'm hoping that by the end of the week my two closest stores will restock.

Tip on the Sobe -- if you have trouble finding any or enough, they are in the cooler with all of the other sodas and drinks, but there is also usually another stand alone refrigerator somewhere in the store with them in, usually on an end of an aisle. That is where I found the biggest quantities of them in the stores I went into.

I also did the Fusion razor deal, Cascade with the $2 peelies again on DH's card, and picked up a cheap Tide with the $1 coupon from today's paper.

Happy 4th of July everyone!

I'm confused...how does the BOGO Sobe coupon work with the CVS BOGO sale?

THANK YOU! :cutie: :hippie:

FYI-
the P&G insert was in my paper today in the Cleveland area...

I made money too on the Pantene with the $2 CRT and the $1 peelie. No extra bucks but still a money maker!

I did the P&G deal at my supermarket for a $15 iTunes card. Bought $30 of P&G and got a $15 iTunes. So two packs of Charmin, 1 bundle of Bounty and a Febreze candle for my daughter. Had a $1 Charmin, $1 Bounty and $3 Febreze so I actually spent about $29 total and re-stocked the toilet paper in my pantry.

I'm doing a lot of walking getting ready for the 3 Day For the Cure later this month so I wanted a few fresh songs for my iPod. Can't use it on the walk but when I'm training by myself it sure keeps me entertained.

They raised the limit on the Bausch & Lomb multi-purpose contact solution to 2. I bought one on Sunday and it didn't say limit reached so I bought another one today and now it says limit reached.

I was at a mall today and spotted a CVS, so of course had to go swipe my card. While my mom was shopping (I wasn't prepared with my coupons, so was just browsing!), I saw this section marked 50% off...and saw a ton of great items. WELL, when I scanned the first thing, it was 90%!!!!!!!!!!! SO...I took the entire display up to the register...got about 20 packs of Burt's Bees...some were Shampoo/Cond, some were body wash/lotion, some were hand cream with something else...reg. prices were $12.99, so they rang up at 1.29 each!! As an example, the sham/cond pack were 2 bottles 12 oz each. The display cardboard thing they were in said something about Earth Day 2010. Then, I saw a really nice 10 piece pedicure set (says $50 value, reg. $14.99)...that was $1.49! WOO HOO!!!! Tons of gifts for my gift closet...and I was just over $25, so used a $5/25 coupon I got that was good through today from my email. I am going to have to check my CVS today...in the excitement, I completely forgot to hand in all my ECB, so actually paid $$, but it was OK with me!

The one thing I had to leave there was several cases of Dove Caramel chocolate bars...also 90%...they would have ALL ended up in my belly...so in the interest of saving myself a few pounds!

They also had other items, but I was so excited about the Burts Bees that I didn't investigate too much.

Good luck on your hunts!

That was a great find! I didn't find any Burt's Bees but will be on the lookout now. I did find some Dove peanut butter chocolate bars and four of them went home with me. :guilty: :guilty: :guilty: (There are three left now....:rotfl:)

A creepy cashier wouldn't let me use my BOGO Sobe coupons today. She was like "you aren't buying any"...I knoooow.....

I had this last week with the Stayfree, so I'm waiting until tonight when I know the coupon friendly cashier will be working. :rolleyes1

Hope this isn't a stupid question. I purchased my SoBe's already cold at CVS from the refrigerated section. Must I keep them all cold now or can they go back to room temperature and then be refrigerated again before drinking? I just do not have enough room in my refrigerator for all my SoBes?

Thanks in advance for any info.
