Cvs 7/4-7/10 weekly deals

Okay, I finally managed to get some SoBe rainchecks today since the ad switched to .77c... the one store that had SoBe in stock is the one with my favorite cashier and he offered me a raincheck for the B1G1 deal since he wasn't sure how else to do it for me. He put quantity 12.

I went to a baby shower that was a bit of a drive and passed 2 other CVS on the way, so I stopped and they were all OUT of SoBe so I got a raincheck at each of them. They all put "Quantity 6" since the ad says "Limit 6"...

So, what do you think? When I use them will they realize it meant 6 B1G1s or will they limit me to 6 SoBes?

The cashier at the CVS by my house asked me how many, I told her the limit was 6 B1G1s so she wrote "Buy 6 + 6 Free = 12 Sobe" on the quantity line. Definitely the best one I got!

I thought about keeping the ad along with one of my other receipts that show the B1G1 transaction with 12 bottles because I'd really like to get the 12 per raincheck, not just 6... :guilty:

I would cut out the Sobe BOGO part of the ad and staple it to the RC.

I am hosting a baby shower this month, and need a lot of pampers for the diaper cake (i think i may try to do a diaper castle instead though) - but have no clue whether or not this a good deal.

I saw this and wanted to ask if you all thought this was a good deal/price? Is this better than Costo or Wal Mart? I have until tomorrow to get this right??

PS - I am specific to Pampers b/c a mom told me that these were the best and worth the extra $$.

Oh yes - and is a CRT that scanner inside the CVS that prints coupons?

I can't tell you if it's the best deal as I have to admit it's been a good 5 years since my youngest needed diapers :woohoo: I will say that CVS ECB deals are good prices - if you have coupons & ECB to roll into the deal or will use the ECB that come out.

The CRT is the scanner inside the CVS that prints coupons.

:hippie::hippie:

When you go into CVS near the reusable CVS cloth bags that they sell there will be a little paper tag shaped like a leaf. It's green, with a green cord and when you buy it it's attached to a brown paperboard hanger. It costs 99 cents. There's two ways to use it. Attach it to a reusable bag that you plan to use for CVS and hand the bag and tag to the cashier and they'll scan it or throw it in your purse and every time you bring a reusable bag with you when you go to CVS you hand it over with your CVS card to be scanned. Every forth time that you have them scan it you will get back $1 ECB so after 4 uses it becomes a MM:thumbsup2

There are a couple of caveats on how this works. You can only get one scan per day per card and you can use the same tag for multiple cards , but, as I learned the hard way, there is no credit for multiple tags for the same card so it does not pay to buy extra tags. :rolleyes1

Please note you do not have to have a CVS reusable bag for this to work as a MM just the tag. I use a rolling variety of different bags - a bag that I got from My Coke Rewards, a canvas tote, a Target bag & a Stop & Shop bag.:hippie:

thanks again 3boymthr -used this one yesterday!!!!

It really depends on the baby as to whether they are the "best" or not. My son does better in Huggies but I've read that is pretty typical- boys do better in Huggies, girls in Pampers. I still buy Pampers when they are cheap enough but when we're out and about we use Huggies. Pampers are for home, just in case... :rolleyes1

That said, it's not a bad deal. That is about as cheap as you could hope to get them as a sale price, but since there are no ECBs it's not a GREAT deal, kwim?
The diaper castle sounds really neat!!
