That's okay, last week I got the Bayer meter that should have been a $5 MM and I forgot to give the coupon for it!! DUH!.

I've done that and hate when it happens And just today, I bought a bunch of 75% off stuff, including cherry filled kisses that a clerk said were included. At the checkout tho, i didn't get the sale price. I didn't realize until i got home, and considering i got $45.xx of stuff for $1 oop -yippie!- i don't think i'll go back.

I think I just had my best trip yet!

I got:
GE Lightbulb
Soy Joy bars
J&J Baby lotion (+free bubble bath)
1 Bonus Pack Honey Nut Cheerios
2 Sour Skittles (craving)

Used-
$2.50 ECB
$5/$20 purchase
$1 J&J Product
$1 any two Cheerios
$1 GE Lightbulb

Paid: $12.46 (used a GC from an RX transfer)

got $14 ECB.

I had this sweet old man as my cashier and the cheerios coupon beeped but he pushed it through and winked at me.
Made DH try the Soy Joy bars and he likes them (though he did compare them to an MRE) so I will definitely be going back to get him some more with those $5/$20 coupons.

I would like to say I am good at this but you guys here are pretty creative.

I have to say this thread has been an education and I'm doing much better than before. My total tonight before coupons and ECB was $65. I'm a little mad at myself as I had two $5 off coupons but I forgot I had the second one until after I had left. I got it down to $22 and got back $34 ECB but as a PP mentioned the oust ECB didn't print so I'm owed another $3 (I bought two cans - tho each can said $3 so I may get $6 which would be cool). I didn't realize this until I got home so I will have go back in the AM.

If anyone is looking for a little extra to drive them over that $20 or $25 mark and got the $3 Tide stain remover coupon that says for the Larger size on it in the P&G Brand Saver they will take it at CVS on the smaller size package making the cost $1.49.

I got three boxes of Soy Joy's tonight and they took the $2 off 10 coupon (but only one tried to make another one go thru and it wouldn't) but still it made the deal a MM for me.

Can anyone tell me where/how to get this coupon book that was mentioned. I haven't seen it in my store but would love to have it.

Finally, if anyone does rite-aid there is a MM in their ad this week. The Listerine is $3.50 with a $3 SCR and there were multiple coupons for $1 off Listerine in the paper. Unfortunately, the rebate limit is one.

..and dummy me forgot to say thank you to Flaky for the thread and thanks to all of you for worrying about me! I just looked and the last time I posted on our CVS group was December 13th, that's unforgiveable as I've lived DIS/CVS for nearly 3 years now.

I am getting much better with my teeth, but I got more bad news about my bottom teeth (that are still attached lol) - the bone has deteriorated another 30% in a very short time, then I went to the doctor/doctor and found out that my body is rejecting the permanent nylon suturing material that I had over 9 years ago during a c-section - I had developed a tumor/growth at the end where the doctor tied knots when he quit sewing during the surgery - I thought I had heard it all, but I guess not. This is all autoimmune stuff that all began when I was going to have the real "LanaJae." Anyway, that's what I've been up to and then of course Christmas came along..

But I am here and I'll get through this baloney too. Nothing can be done about any of it, so in a way that's a relief because I am sick of clinics and hospitals.

So that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

I will subscribe immediately, thank you! - I wish I had some, and some extra, but I react to nearly everything these days so they won't give me anything at all. The prosthodontist gave me something called Tramadol and then the other doctor yelled at me and said I couldn't take it, but I did take it and it didn't hurt me - I could actually walk without any pain, didn't do a thing for my teeth though. Oh well, I had a good time that day
