Many of us are bummed that the Dress Shop on Cherry Lane has sold out of the more popular dresses. i still want that great Pinup Girl Tiki Room dress, but alas, it has yet to be restocked. :-(. However, I'm always on the lookout for great prints and clothing, and I've put together some cute parks outfits. I continue to seek out fun outfits and unique ears to coordinate. I thought it would be fun to share some unique but attainable finds that would work for the parks. Whether it be cute theme-worthy patterns, nicely done ears or accessories, or even just cute outfits and coordinates that rise above the usual cargos/shorts-and-tee fare.
To get the ball rolling, I wanted to share this really cute one-shouldered dress I came across at Ann Taylor that I thought would be adorable to wear to Animal Kingdom. If you do a close up on the tropical pattern, you can see all the animals in the print including monkeys and giraffes. I'm afraid they don't display it well enough to see the pattern in detail on the website but the pattern is so cute in person. The length is good and would work with flat, comfy sandals. Plus, it has ever-so-practical pockets. With the 40% off sale going on right now, I would snag this one for myself, except that the color doesn't seem to work against my pale skin when I tried it on:
