With the strike how are customs times?

The current wait time dashboard doesn't look bad. But I am not sure if it is normally a busy time in Toronto. You can check both departures and arrivals on this link

Pretty sure there are only a very small percentage of CBSA workers on strike. They are not the ones that process travellers coming in.

There were 3 couples travelling together and not one of us had to speak to an agent. After the kiosk we just went to our boarding gate.

If you are referring to the check in kiosk…that would be the normal process. If someone has been flagged to go to the counter you can’t use the kiosk and would know when you try to do online check in.
