Customized Mock Cruise Tickets?

Hopefully someone can help me ... I was on a while back and saw these awesome mock cruise tickets that were customized with sail dates and names, etc and now that we are sailing again , I would LOVE to use these as part of my surprise for the kids. Can someone tell me who does them?
