Customized Maps

Does anyone know if I can order the customized maps whe I return from my trip?

I know that sounds silly, but it is really too late to order them before we leave, so I was thinking it might be nice to create them when we return so that they will reflect our favorite memories.

you should order 2 sets though - 6 months appart because they print a map on each side.

which is fine if you want to keep thim in the folder but if you want to mount them you'll need 2 sets.

I can't figure out how to order them. I have them all customizied but i am only seeing the option to print them, not order them.

we're not able to order them (unless you have a cousin who lives in the States and you switch your address to theirs) we only have the option to print them

Pretty silly if you ask me - it's not like it was a big item - the holder itself is the envelope and it's just paperwork not a product.

No, I am not in Canada. That's so silly that Canadians can't get them.

If I were in Canada, I would have the maps mailed to a friend in the U.S. who could mail them to me.

I don't know why you are having trouble if you are not in Canada. Did you use the links in my post above?

I am never given the option of ordering the maps, only printing them. I know that I must be doing smething wrong.Can anyone help me? I tried the link in the other post and only got to the same page tht I always get to.Help!?!?!

I just tried to use the technical assistance button on the website and filled out a form and sumbitted and then it said, sorry page not found...

I don't know what to say. When I log in and create the maps, it still lets me order or print

I do know you have to wait 6 months between orders.

I tried to order them the other day and all I got was the option to print them at home any time. I thought maybe they were going to stop sending them out because it was so expensive to print and mail. I'll try again since someone has ordered them recently.

Just checked and no option to order, only print yourself. There's a little video showing to click on the "order maps" button, but there's nothing on my screen to click on when you get through customizing you maps. I can't figure it out either. Link above took me to the page where I had customized the maps and all it says is that I can print them out any time at home.

If you have not ordered any in the last 6 months and do not live in Canada... contact support for the website and let them know what is happening.

I have the same problem - no option to order, only print. I live in the US. I did try contacting technical support - I can't remember the answer, I think it was something about pop-ups, but I tried whatever they suggested and it didn't work.

It must be something associated with personal info - because I've tried on different computers and it never works anywhere.

If you have a yellow strip along the top of your window, you have pop-up blocker active. Just click on the yellow bar and choose to allow pop ups for that web site.

If it something else.... I am confused. Technical support for the website should really be able to help you though. Don't give up asking.

Bummer...they must have changed it. Only print comes up for me too. On the home page, the top says the thing about being delivered to your home, but below where you pick your park, the description says to print from home.

I had the same problem. Disney's online communication team contacted me. they had me go to http://register.go.com/go/memberservices/home
The problem was that I had to add my mailing address into my info in order for the order maps option to appear. Hope this helps and that you can get your maps ordered.
