Customized Maps - Help!!

I have been on the Disney site trying to get the customized maps but it is just not working out. I chose the attractions for all four maps and tried to order them to be delivered but a pop up told me that maps can only be ordered every six months. I have never ordered maps of any kind before. Then I tried to print them, since that seemed to be the only option available to me and it would not let me do that either. So, I tried the "contact us" button and went through the process only to have a message on screen tell me that my postal code isn't valid. That's why my mail arrives every day. I am so frustrated!

Also, on the home screen for the maps it talks about five customized maps you can get, but there were only the four for the theme parks to choose from. Obviously I am not meant to have these maps, but I'd really like them. How have you successfully ordered them to be delivered?

If I remember correctly, they aren't available for delivery to Canada. Sorry

Ahhhhhhhh, ok that explains it, thanks. It would have been good if they could have had that message come up instead of invalid postal code. If it had even said zip code I would have clued in.

when are you logging on to the site, where you do it might be part of the problem. You do have to be registered at disney.com to use this feature!

Thanks Wizard, I am registered and logged in but still no go. Guess they just don't want to spend the postage to Canada.

They will not deliver outside of the US but you can print them- There are only 4 theme parks- the 5th map is of the entire Walt Disney World Resort area- They are very nice if you can get them direct from Disney- At least try to see why you can't print them though- & if you have afriend here in the US that may be able to get them for you I am sure you will be very pleased with the actual maps- They are keepsakes, definitely for us!
