Customized Birthday Scroll

I am needing a creative dis imagineer to create a birthday scroll for me.

Background: Ds is turning 9. On December 10 he is having his birthday party at a laser tag place with his friends. The last present he will open will be from us.

We are surprising him with a 7 night DCL Mexican Cruise. He will be leaving the party to grab his already packed suitcase to head to the airport.

I need the scroll to say something to the effect...

Surprise!!
Happy 9th Birthday Bradley
Your going on a Disney Cruise yada yada yada
Creative freedom is encouraged. It is basically a surprise telling him he is leaving that day for the cruise. P.s he likes anything from Phineas and Ferb/Perry etc.

Does anyone want to tackle this very special scroll for me? I have zero design talent and can really use some help please
