After a bad experiene at ioa, we made a compliant on the day and had our complaint delt with but today i recieved a letter from universal regarding our complaint and i must say they have gone right back up in my expectations. they really have taken on board the comments i made and i feel that to write after the fact regarding it makes it feel as if they have taken it seriously and are trying to rectify the problem. well done to them
 
Glad to hear you are pleased with your experience. They have always taken great care of me. I only had 1 problem where I had bought a 2 day pass to the parks and they weren't supposed to expire, when I went back few months later and used the pass it had expired. I went to guest services and they corrected the problem AND gave us 2 complimentary 1 day passes. :thumbsup2
