Customer Service Unavailable

Has anyone else been unable to reach customer service? Chat is not available and I was disconnected while on hold. Tried to call back and got the "all lines busy" message. Just trying to get through to cust service (then MDE helpdesk) because my tickets have disappeared from my reservation.

It’s down for me too - I tried calling first thing this morning and again just now, but keep getting the same message that all the servers are busy. Now sure what’s going on?

People trying to book space 220? The tickets disappearing is it on both app and online? Sometimes they glich out.

Remember that it is one phone system to Disney Res Center. Although you may not want to speak to one dept you still need to get into that phone system to speak to who you need to reach.

not sure if it is the case foe you but my tickets disappeared off and on especially in the app. Happened multiple times before our trip but they always came back and were there for our trip.
