Customer Service Discovery Cove--first rate!

Yes, I am probably one of the few who frequent all the Central Florida attractions.. Seaworld, Busch Gardens, IOA, USF, Disney, and of course Discovery Cove...

Discovery Cove is flat out amazing, from the moment you enter to the time you leave... but anyway, the customer service I received from them is OUT OF THIS WORLD!


We went in August 2001 and bought a photo from the dolphin interaction. Upon unpacking for our new house we noticed that it had faded to brown I emailed them regarding this, and that very same dayl, the Asst. to the general manager emailed me.. then she stated that the customer service rep would be contacting me regarding sending the photo and getting a replacement reprinted..

Well today in snowy Northeast... came a wonderful package from that magical place.. not only the photo that had faded, but ALL the pictures from the interaction, AND a photo CD with a personalized letter apologizing for what had happened...

I got to see photo with myself and the dolphin.. and palm trees, and was reminded of how incredible that day was.. it moved me to tears!

Cindy, that's so awesome! Don't you just love stories like this? I'm glad they were so responsive to your email. We didn't get there, but really wanted to take DD, who is 11 & wants to be a marine biologist. Maybe next time!

I was just looking at some of our pictures from our '01 trip - trying to get warm!!! This old farm house is quite drafty today.

Cindy that's such a nice gesture on Seaworld's part. But it doesn't really surprise me as Seaworld is fantastic! A lovely place to just relax and wander as you please.

It couldn't have come at a better time of the year either!

Went we to Discovery Cove just after it opened and both DW and I agreed it's about the neatest thing we've done. The interaction with ALL the wildlife was just wonderful. We want to go back - we just have to figure out where to stash our DD's while we swim.
